1. Dust Removal Brushes

It is mainly used at the entrance and exit of equipment in industrial equipment, assembly lines, doors, windows, etc., to prevent dust and particles from penetrating through these gaps and contaminating products. In order to achieve a better sealing and dust removal effect, the requirements for the brush wire are high elasticity, better lubrication on the surface of the brush wire, and preferably antistatic function. Most of them are made of wear-resistant and high-rebound nylon wire to make sealing strip brushes.

2. Polishing Brushes

Mainly used for the parabolic object surface burr and fine polishing. Therefore, the types and characteristics of brush wire should be determined according to different requirements. If it is a hard steel plate, the surface should be electroplated and polished, and the ideal brush wire should be bronze wire. A steel wire with better hardness can be used if it is a general metal material for surface derusting and deburring treatment. The use of stainless steel wire is preferable because it has good corrosion resistance. The type and properties of the abrasive materials are also important in determining whether the brushes should be made of stainless or not. In order to achieve the desired results, the grit size and the shape of the tooth must be considered when selecting the brush material.

3. Cleaning Brushes

It is the most widely used industrial brush at present, and it is mostly processed into brush rollers. Generally used for cleaning fruits and vegetables in the food industry, as well as cleaning and descaling in industrial production, the brush wire requires good wear performance, high elasticity, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, and is not easy to change after long-term work. According to different usage scenarios, brush manufacturers will also use food-grade nylon filaments, and the customized cleaning brush rollers can be used with food washing machines, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency. If the brush wire performance is not good, when the object is placed in a certain position for a long time, the brush roller will be grooved, which will destroy the use function of the roller brush, and even cause the entire brush roller to be scrapped.

4. Grinding Brushes

This brush is rarely used. In general, industrial grinding is carried out directly with grinding tools such as a grinding wheel. In the textile industry, abrasive brushes are used for hair grinding. The abrasive thread contains silicon carbide, which can be used to grind the fabric better without harming the fabric. For the sanding treatment in the textile industry, a brush roller containing silicon carbide single-material wire should be used. The amount (density) of silicon carbide contained in the abrasive thread shall be adjusted according to the strength and abrasion effect of the abrasive ground fabric.
